Did You Get Off the Couch This Week?

Here was my workouts, helping me "Get Off the Couch"
Monday - Swim 2100 yds, mix of distance and sprints
Tuesday - 1/2 hour yoga (it was supposed to be an off day, but I got a new yoga DVD I wanted to check out
Wednesday - 1 hour of yoga
Thursday - 11 miles of roller-blading
Friday - 2000 yds. swim, mix of distance and sprints.
Saturday - plan on 2 hours of water polo
